1. Hydraulic Lifting System

2. Double Jacket Heating And Cooling System

The pot body adopts three layers of stainless steel imported plate welding composition, tanks and pipes for the mirror polishing, in line with GMP requirements; according to the process requirements, the tank can be heated and cooled materials, steam heating and electric heating.

3. Oil-Water Mixing System

 

The material can be pre-treated for dissolution first to improve production efficiency; the three-layer structure can be heated by electricity or steam, meeting the CMP standards.

4. Electric Box Control System

 

Button control panel, or you can choose Siemens touch screen PLC control system. To ensure the stability of the entire machine control, the electrical equipment adopts imported configuration, which can meet international standards.

5. Mixing System

It adopts single-directional spiral blade stirring with edge scraping and bottom scraping. It can also be customized with double-directional spiral blade stirring to ensure that the materials are fully, quickly and uniformly mixed. Made of 316 material, with variable frequency speed regulation.

6. Homogenizing System

In the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, it is subjected to hundreds of thousands of times of hydraulic shear centrifugal extrusion, impact, tearing and other comprehensive effects per minute, instantly and uniformly dispersed and emulsified, and after high-frequency cycling, it obtains fine and stable high-quality products without air bubbles.

7. Dumping System

With a 120-degree gravity discharge method, it can reduce the amount of leftover materials in the pot and cut down on cost consumption.
