1. Jacketed Heating And Cooling System

The pot body is made of three layers of imported stainless steel plates welded together,and the tank body is mirror polished, meeting GMP requirements; according to process requirements, the tank body can heat and cool the material, and the heating methods include electric heating and steam heating.

2. Hydraulic Lifting System

Adopts hydraulic lifting method, which makes the rise and fall smooth, quiet and one-button control. With hydraulic dumping method, it has large load capacity and high stability.

3. Oil-Water Mixing System

The material can be dissolved and pre-treated first to improve production efficiency; the three-layer structure can be heated by electricity or steam, which meets the GMP standard.

4. Electric Box Control System

It adopts a button control system and an optional Siemens touch screen PLC system. To ensure the stability of the entire machine control, the electrical appliances are imported and meet international standards.

5. Mixing System

It adopts one-way spiral ribbon stirring with scraping the side and bottom, and can also be customized with two-way spiral ribbon stirring to make the materials fully and quickly blended and uniform. 316 material, variable frequency speed regulation.

6. Homogenization System

In the narrow gap between the fixed and rotating parts, it is subjected to hundreds of thousands of times of hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, impact and tearing every minute, and is instantly and evenly dispersed and emulsified. After high-frequency reciprocating cycles, it obtains bubble-free, delicate and stable high-quality products.

7. Dumping System

With 120-degree dumping method, it can reduce the residual material in the pot and reduce cost consumption.
